The Songwriting Community thanks you for participating in our programs and services. We take pride in offering opportunities to listen to your song and provide direct or peer feedback on your song. Due to legal considerations, we require you to consent to this agreement anytime The Songwriting Community hears your song (whether it be through the song evaluation service, Pitch to Publisher, Song Feedback, One on One Mentoring, or any one of The Songwriting Community’s special events or services). Your submission of a song (whether lyric, instrumental, or music and lyrics) for feedback during one of our events or in conjunction with any of our services constitutes your agreement to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Songwriting Community and its employees, board of directors, officers, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any and against any claim, including, without limitation, of copyright infringement or other misappropriation, arising from any acts or omission in connection with your submission.
